Located in Risan, on the northwest edge of the World Heritage site, the Teuta Hotel is a gem of brutalist architecture. Its construction started in 1981 by the famed Straus Brothers from Sarajevo and was completed in 1983. Briv Construction has embarked on a renovation project, which received high praise from UNESCO, aiming to restore the hotel to its former glory. This endeavor will be accomplished in partnership with the reputable Accor group and the esteemed Mövenpick Hotel chain, promising a harmonious blend of history and modern luxury.
