One such location acquired by BRIV Hospitality is the site of the former Teuta Hotel in Risan, located in the heart of the Bay of Kotor’s UNESCO protected area.

On this location is situated the endowment – a ruined building registered as a cultural property. Briv Hospitality envisages it as a high-class boutique hotel with a private beach and magnificent view of the Bay and unique Banja Monastery and St. George’s Church.

MÖVENPICK HOTEL & RESIDENCES TEUTA KOTOR BAY
The Teuta Hotel site is located in Risan, on the very northwest edge of the area entered into the World Heritage list… Construction of the Teuta Hotel started in 1981 and the hotel was completed and opened in 1983. The architects were the famous Straus Brothers from Sarajevo and back then, it was unique example of brutalist architecture. Briv Construction’ project for reconstruction of the former TEUTA Hotel was approved and highly graded by UNESCO. Briv Construction hopes to restore to its former glory in cooperation with well reputable Accor group and Mövenpick Hotel chain.

The MAREA restaurant in Porto Montenegro was conceived as a meeting place for good hosts and top chefs with people who want to enjoy a nice environment and excellent food. Boka Kotorska is the place where the Mediterranean and rugged Montenegrin mountains met, and it is our intention that MAREA specialties present that combination through the best dishes of Mediterranean cuisine with a certain addition of meat specialties from our mountains.
